Northern Power’s in-house global monitoring team is available 24/7, 365 days a year, and provides active monitoring, fault diagnostics and resetting services. Our monitoring teams are based in the USA, Italy and the UK to provide continuous coverage and remote technical services.

Our Smartview SCADA platform provides our team with immense amounts of critical data in real-time, and can be integrated with almost any energy project – be it wind, solar, energy storage or microgrid.

Our customers can also monitor their own equipment as much or as little as desired through our standard end-user-interface. We can also customize the interface to support specific needs.
